1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the rabjje platform and its users. By using the rabjje website and related services, you will be considered to have fully agreed to these terms.

2. Account Registration and Verification

3. Age Limit and Participation Eligibility

At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. Providing false information about your age is a serious violation and will result in complete account cancellation including the account balance.

The following persons are ineligible to participate on rabjje:

• Any person under the age of 21.
• rabjje employees, contractors, or members of their families.
• Those who previously owned a banned or cancelled account.
• Those registered under self-exclusion.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

rabjje currently supports transactions through Bangladesh's popular payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

rabjje offers an attractive welcome bonus for new members — a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000.

5.1 Welcome Bonus Examples

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳28,000 or more → maximum ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳48,000.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 15 times.
• Each bonus offer has a specific expiry date.
• Winnings earned with bonus funds will first be deducted from the bonus balance.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering must be completed first.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all of them being cancelled.
• rabjje reserves the right to change or discontinue bonus offers at any time.

The VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier. Higher tiers can be reached by playing more.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

rabjje operates on a fair play policy. All games on our platform are conducted in a reliable and impartial manner. Game outcomes are not predetermined and are determined without any external interference.

• Transaction history is saved for each game session.
• If the internet connection is lost while playing a game, the game result will be saved on the server.
• rabjje is not responsible for incomplete rounds due to technical errors.

Odds for sports betting and cricket betting may change at any time. Once a bet is confirmed, a change in odds will not apply to that bet.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rabjje platform:

• Playing games using any software, bots, automation tools, or artificial methods.
• Exploiting any system error or vulnerability without reporting it.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Threats, harassment, or inappropriate behavior.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Placing bets or managing accounts on behalf of third parties.

8. Account Suspension and Cancellation

rabjje reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently cancel any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• Suspicious financial transactions.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• For system security purposes due to technical reasons.

To appeal a suspension, you must contact the support team within 30 business days. Users may also close their own account if they wish — in that case, the available balance will be returned.
